Training Program:

The training consists of five modules, totaling 10 hours. Each module is 2 hours long and includes both theoretical and practical components. The content and methods of work in each module are as follows:

Module 1: What is AI and How Does it Work?

In this module, participants will learn the definition, history, types, and areas of AI. They will also learn about the main AI methods, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Methods include multimedia presentations, group discussions, and interactive quizzes.

Module 2: How to Use AI for Data Analysis?

In this module, participants will learn the basic steps of the data analysis process using AI, such as data acquisition, cleaning, exploration, modeling, and presentation. They will also learn to use AI-based analytical tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio. Methods include demonstrations of AI tools and individual and group exercises on computers.

Module 3: How to Use AI to Create Products and Services?

In this module, participants will learn about the possibilities of AI in generating, adapting, and personalizing content, products, and services. They will also learn about examples of AI solutions that are available on the market or are custom-made. Methods include multimedia presentations, group discussions, and case study analysis.

Module 4: How to Use AI to Optimize Processes and Automate Tasks?

In this module, participants will consider how AI can help improve the efficiency and quality of business processes such as production, logistics, marketing, sales, and customer service. They will also learn about examples of AI systems used for this purpose, such as chatbots, voice assistants, and robots. Methods include multimedia presentations, brainstorming, and project work.

Module 5: How to Manage AI Projects?

In this module, participants will learn how to plan, implement, and evaluate AI projects. They will also learn how to communicate and collaborate with technical and business teams, how to analyze and interpret results and metrics, and how to consider the legal and ethical aspects of AI. Methods include multimedia presentations, group discussions, and simulations.
